These Current Market Analysis are our professional opinion about value, list price and market conditions that will affect the sale of your home. Arriving at a value for your home is not an exact science - there are so many factors involved, including location and condition, that picking a precise dollar amount that represents your investment is impossible. Our job is to come as close as possible to the amount we think you can actually get for your home.
And, there are always important factors to consider. One of them is a fascinating matter of taste and priorities: does your home have a view? If so, how much is that view worth to the right buyer?
